Free underground parking is available to all guests of Fraser Commons on P1, accessible via Fraser St. The elevator to the plaza level is located on the south side of the parkade. Please follow all applicable signage to ensure that you are parking in a permitted space [2h Parking Stalls] and remember your licence plate number. You will be required to validate your parking with OffStreet VIA QR code -
If you are walking, the plaza level is accessible via street level from both Fraser St and Chester St. From SE Marine Drive, a set of stairs to the West of the clinic will lead you up to the plaza level.*
**Fraser Street Construction April - August 2023** Please allow extra time to travel to your appointment as crews will be on site on Fraser Street from SE Marine to 41st Street.
